Role Description

As part of our consulting teams, you will actively contribute to client projects by applying your business and process knowledge to help create impactful solutions. Specifically, you will:

• Support client projects through research, analysis, and structured problem solving
• Prepare written deliverables, presentations, and supporting materials
• Manage assigned tasks independently, taking responsibility for quality, accuracy, and deadlines
• Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through formal training, mentoring, coaching, networking, and on-the-job learning

Qualifications

You are a motivated and curious individual at the beginning of your professional journey, with:

• Limited or no prior business or consulting experience
• Basic business knowledge, including problem-solving, process analysis, and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• The ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
• A strong appreciation for emotional intelligence in day-to-day professional interactions
