Junior Commissioning and Service Engineer for Fire Safety, Intrusion, Access Control and CCTV systems - Florence

Your Challenge

• Learn to program fire detection, access control CCTV and intrusion systems.
• Learn to program supervision systems which control the field equipment.
• Interact with the Project Manager to collect the information for the development of the software.
• Deliver support services by using remote connections to customer systems by web tool, phone, other communication media or site visit.
• Perform assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by HQ).
• Provide operational assistance and application support.
• Diagnose, clarify and resolve technical problems.
• Clarify events, analyze trace and diagnostic information, provide information about its findings to solve the issue and provide guidance for the next steps.

Required entry qualifications

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
• You have obtained a technical diploma in Electronic, Computer Science, Mechatronics or Automation or you have a technical academic background (ITS Degree).
• You have knowledge regarding some IT topics related to networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Remote Connection. These are preferred.
• Good Italian and English knowledge.
• You have the aspiration to develop a technical path and grow.
• A previous internship experience is welcome.
• Ability to work in a changing environment.
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
• Eligibility to work in Italy.
