Imagine your job:

As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be part of Ecofuel. In particular, the Sales team is responsible for managing the sales desks for Ethers/Alcohols.

Main activities:
  • Provide support in direct negotiations with international counterparties; participate in purchase/sale tenders
  • Consolidation of relationships with customers and suppliers, participation in international industry events
  • Market intelligence analysis using dedicated software
  • Collaborate in defining the sales strategy, analyzing margins, producing Deal Reports and Deal Recaps for each transaction
  • Preparation of allocation notes and commercial policies
  • Preparation and participation in the Business Committee of the JVs in Venezuela and Saudi Arabia
  • Monitoring of sales and contribution margin
  • Participation in defining the company's budget and four-year plan
  • Provide support in managing business expansion projects, such as market share expansion, exploration and expansion into new markets, make-or-buy analysis, and research into new customer management models.
  • Support in the management of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, internal checks and due diligence on counterparties
  • Customer database management, customer credit management, participation in the company's credit committees with an interface to central credit functions
  • Legal checks for defining/updating contractual clauses (sanctions compliance, anti-corruption, etc.)
Required characteristics:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics
  • Maximum 3 years of experience preferably in commercial/trading/supply in the oil, chemical or bio sector
  • Good knowledge of Office tools
  • Good knowledge of the English language
The profile is completed by:
  • Good knowledge of the Spanish language
