Are you a driven, ambitious graduate, ready to take the next step in your real estate career? We are looking for junior asset managers to join us at our regional office in Milan. You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team managing our first-rate property portfolio as we build and consolidate Mileway’s position as the market leader in last mile real estate.

Under the leadership of experienced senior colleagues, you’ll assist with asset management strategy, lease, and property management. You’ll work alongside our international team to manage our premium asset portfolio, while making great connections and building Mileway’s local and national relationships.

What you’ll do
  • Carry out financial analysis and assist with property budgets and reports.
  • Assist investment activities with market data collection and deck preparation.
  • Monitor risk criteria for assets, identify red flags, and inform management of warning signals.
  • Provide market intelligence insights.
  • Identify and exploit opportunities to add value through portfolio and asset management initiatives. Conduct viewings and convert vacant properties into lettings.
  • Manage lettings, renewals, rent reviews, lease surrenders, and related capital expenditures.
  • Coordinate remodelling, redevelopment, and extensions within the business plan, working with development and finance teams.
  • Maintain direct contact with occupiers to understand their needs.
  • Build a network of regional and national consultants and colleagues, collaborating with accountants, property managers, and lawyers.
What you’ll bring
  • One to three years’ experience in relevant real estate areas, ideally light industrial, retail, or logistics.
  • Understanding of last mile real estate market and tenants, with the ability to identify opportunities.
  • Strong numerical skills for validating valuations and financial projections.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Data management skills, analytical, financial, and negotiation abilities.
