A leading wealth management firm in Monza is looking for a recent graduate to support its Finance department. The role includes assisting with monthly closings, budgeting, and handling invoicing processes. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Ideal starting date is January / February 2026.

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or similar.
• Understanding of General Accounting, budgetary techniques, and financial flows.
• Expert in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mission

The resource will support the Finance department of CA Indosuez Wealth (Europe), Italy Branch, which includes the following areas : Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Tax services.

The main tasks in this position will be the following :

• Participate to the monthly closings and ensure the production of periodic reports
• Contribute to the elaboration of budget targets
• Support the team managing day-to-day expenses note report activities
• Invoicing process and payments
• Manage and support reconciliation & clearing of transitory accounts

Qualifications

• You are a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Management or similar studies
• You have good understanding of General Accounting, budgetary techniques and financial flows
• You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel
• You are Fluent in Italian with a solid command of the English language as well
