Competenze

What You’ll Do
  1. Collect, analyze, and summarize account information and manage bookkeeping and other accounting operations based on the Italian system.
  2. Assist with daily finance operations (daily payment list, bank transactions, etc).
  3. Assist with monthly credit card movement bookkeeping and tracking.
  4. Assist with monthly and yearly accounting closing processes in a deadline-driven environment.
  5. Assist with sales and vendor invoice issuing processes.
  6. Work closely with the customer operations team and assist in functions such as refunds and customer balances.
  7. Participate in improving current accounting processes.
  8. Stay updated with financial policy regulations and legislative changes.
  9. Support during the audit process.
  10. Take responsibility for the Intrastat Model.
  11. Help with the accounting archive process.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; high school diploma in accounting is preferred.
  • Fluency in Italian and good communication skills in English (B2 or above).
  • Proficiency in SAP is a plus but not required.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in an accounting or tax department within service sector companies.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good understanding of the Italian Tax Code.
  • Knowledge or experience with incentive legislation (R&D, social security, etc.) is preferred.
  • Big 4 experience is a plus.
