What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Up to 1 year of work experience in software development.
• Academic Background: Preferably graduated in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, or with an equivalent academic background/certifications.
• Technical Skills:
• Frameworks: Experience with development frameworks such as Spring (Java) and Angular, React, or Vue.js for the front end.
• Databases: Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• DevOps: Basic knowledge of CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Cloud: Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms is a plus.
• Personal Projects: Previous experience on personal, independent, or academic projects that demonstrate your passion and skills.
• Openness to New Technologies: Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies and methodologies.
• Attitude: Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to grow in a dynamic environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
