The restaurant is seeking passionate, enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive aspiring chefs worldwide who want to gain a once-in-a-lifetime professional and cultural experience in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Complete all tasks on the prep list from the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
• Prepare food items daily in their assigned outlet and other kitchen areas.
• Provide clean and sanitized dishes to the dining room and kitchen stations, operating dishwashing equipment as needed.
• Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure high performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Estimated Monthly Budget:

• Projected monthly income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15)
• Projected housing costs: $600/month
• Meals provided during working hours

J1 Visa Program:

This traineeship is part of the J1 visa program for young professionals or recent graduates seeking to gain work experience and cultural exchange.

The total application fee is $1,870, broken down as follows:

• $420 due upon signing the contract (non-refundable)
• $1,450 due upon visa approval (includes $650 for mandatory health insurance)
