What You Will Do

As the Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company\'s logistics and supply chain operations, both inbound and outbound. Your primary goal will be to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all activities in the logistics cycle, including procurement, transportation, distribution processes, PSI (Product Sales Inventory), and the application of European/local/national regulations.
  • Utilizing forecasting and demand planning skills to effectively manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Managing critical logistic issues arising from external and unpredictable factors, while providing forecasts for import materials from factories.
  • Leading and coordinating the activities of a logistics team, providing support and training as needed.
  • Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate logistics performance and implement continuous improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and requirements related to logistics, including Customs Law for import and export.
  • Negotiating rates with logistic suppliers and carriers to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Resolving problems and complaints effectively, monitoring service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyzing warehouse inventory and implementing cost optimization solutions.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in technologies and information systems used in logistics, including Excel and SAP.
  • Developing strategies to optimize logistics and warehouse processes and setting a mix of KPIs to ensure excellent service levels, cost budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Bringing extensive experience in logistic and transportation management within the EU, including logistic cost controlling and knowledge of work safety regulations.
What You Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on inbound and outbound supply chain operations.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a logistics team and coordinate activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of European/local/national regulations and Customs Law.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating rates with logistic suppliers and carriers.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies for optimizing logistics and warehouse processes.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP
