This commercial and leadership role requires over 15 years of experience in the asset management field and strong relationships within the buy-side ecosystem. You will drive revenue growth, manage a team of over 10, and shape new commercial opportunities in the Italian market. Fluent Italian and English are required, along with a proven track record in revenue growth and team leadership.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in the Italian asset management ecosystem.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and senior client relationship management.
• Experience leading and developing teams (ideally 5+).

Mansioni

• Own and execute the Italian commercial strategy.
• Drive revenue growth across private banks, wealth managers, and institutional investors.
• Lead high-impact pitches and strategic account planning.
