A growing food company seeks a Sales Manager for Italy to lead direct sales efforts. This role requires extensive sales experience and the ability to develop a high-performing team. Ideal candidates should have a passion for leadership, excellent communication skills, and be organized in managing priorities. Additionally, fluency in both Italian and English, as well as a full Driving License, are essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to establish a market presence and drive customer acquisition.

Competenze

  • Extensive experience in Direct or Commercial sales with an interest in sales training.
  • Confident budget owner with a keen interest in performance analysis.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality and excited about building something special.
  • Passion for leading and developing a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Great communication skills and ability to sell vision.
  • Possess a full Driving Licence.

Mansioni

  • Sell at events to understand the customer and sales cycle.
  • Be a valued member of the Italian Leadership Team.
  • Work with the Country Manager to build sales strategy.
  • Develop a strong performing team of Brand Ambassadors.
  • Lead key initiatives to improve KPIs.
  • Build budgets in collaboration with the Country Manager.
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction.
