A global aerospace leader is looking for a Director for International Business Development in Southern Europe, based in Rome, Italy. This position will focus on all defense sales and marketing activities within the region. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, leading sales teams, and navigating complex procurement processes. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in the defense industry and be fluent in both Italian and English. This role is not remote and requires onsite presence in Rome.

Competenze

• Proven experience interfacing directly with military customers and processes.
• Experience working with international defense customers.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• 7+ years of experience in the defense industry or military service.
