Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Italian-speaking clients. Your main objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and efficient support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
  • Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to the management team
Requirements
