Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.


Location and Model

Location: Lisbon, Portugal


Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or relocate)
