Job Overview

As a Customer Support / Technical Support Agent you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers providing outstanding service and technical assistance. Your expertise will help resolve issues, answer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat in Italian.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and manage support tickets effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and address feedback.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing development programs.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian (C2 level) and English (B2-C1 level).
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields is preferred.
  • Junior candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience are welcome.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
