Job Description:

We are looking for a native or fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries in Italian (and occasionally in English)
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Italian
  • Good command of English (B1+ or higher)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
