What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Advisor, you'll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy, patience, and a smile. You'll be guided by training, supported by your team, and grow your skills every day.

️ Your daily tasks will include:

• Answering customer questions via phone, email, or chat
• Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided!)
• Keeping things friendly, clear, and professional
• Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier
• Being a brand ambassador customers can count on

You Don't Need Experience Just the Right Mindset

• You're a fluent Italian
• You speak English at a conversational level (B2)
• You're comfortable using a computer and willing to learn
• You're ready to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends)
• You're positive, patient, and enjoy talking to people
• You're open to new challenges and want to grow

Bonus points if:

• You've worked in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
• You've helped friends/family with tech problems or enjoy solving small issues
