A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a Dispatch, on-site IT Support Specialist in Padova, Italy. This role requires providing first- or second-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting Windows OS, Cisco Jabber, and other hardware. Applicants must hold a valid work permit and be fluent in English. With a flexible working schedule of 10–20 hours per week, this position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work with third-party vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
  • Work with third‑party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
  • Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
  • Have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
  • Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid work permit in Italy.
  • English is mandatory.
