Your Opportunity:

As the IT Solutions Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the analysis, development, implementation and general improvement of the Manufacture-Business Change Requests within our technology-focused organization; this implies also collaborating with cross-functional teams, overviewing the existing integrations between systems and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

The candidate will have these main objectives:

  • manage Business requests on the PLM system;
  • manage Business Minor requests on DAM system;
  • support the IT Team Manufacturing on the Stealth 3000 ERP system

Your Contribution:

  • Collect the requirements from internal stakeholders and our subsidiaries and consolidate in a robust and scalable solution;
  • Define and follow the development and the test phases and verify the documentation for the final user and the support;
  • Coordinate and manage the vendors and suppliers involved in the project to guarantee the deadline; develop strong partnerships and proactively address any issues or concerns;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes. Communicate with internal stakeholders through different channels to address challenges, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement;
  • Collect, review and publish project status with regard to resources and schedule (time).

Your Skills:

  • Engineer in Information Technology or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in fashion and luxury areas;
  • Good knowledge of PLM Centric C8;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package;
  • Knowledge of Stealth 3000 – Area Production is considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of Chalco Brandlife is considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of DB Oracle, PL and SQL is considered a plus;
  • Good relationships skills, social intelligence and teamwork;
  • Strong organisation, problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Good verbal communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • A positive, outgoing, energetic personality able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi- tasking.
