Un'agenzia di selezione IT cerca un IT Business Analyst a Rivolta d'Adda. Il candidato ideale supporterà il team IT locale e le filiali estere nella gestione dei processi applicativi e contribuirà a progetti di trasformazione digitale. È richiesta esperienza precedente in ruoli funzionali su progetti applicativi, buona familiarità con sistemi ERP come Microsoft Dynamics NAV e competenze solide in inglese. Offriamo un contratto a tempo pieno con opportunità di smart-working.

Competenze

• Esperienza come Specialista Applicativo IT o consulente ERP è fondamentale.
• Familiarità di base con i database relazionali.
• Esperienza in progetti IT focalizzati sulla revisione dei processi o sull'implementazione di sistemi applicativi è un plus.

• Supporto al team IT locale e alle filiali estere nella gestione dei processi applicativi.
• Contributo ai progetti di trasformazione digitale.
• Assistenza nella definizione delle specifiche tecniche.

Conoscenze

Core Responsibilities

• Support the local IT team and foreign subsidiaries in managing application processes, gathering requirements and performing functional analysis of business needs.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects and implement new department software or ERP‑integrated solutions (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central).
• Assist corporate referents in defining technical specifications and mapping processes, selecting the most appropriate IT solutions.
• Interface with external technical partners, supervising development and configuration activities.
• Perform testing, trial and validation of new features, verifying consistency with collected requirements.
• Document and report progress and contribute to internal ITMS change management procedures.

Job Requirements

Must Have

• Diploma or degree in technical/computer/management disciplines.
• Experience as IT Application Specialist, ERP consultant, PMO or functional role on application projects.
• Good familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central).
• Good English, required for interactions with corporate and international locations.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases; SQL familiarity is appreciated.

Nice to have

• Experience on IT projects focused on process review, application system implementation or ERP, preferably in manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of MES, PLM, BI/Data Warehouse, CRM, APS, low‑code platforms or cloud/iPaaS environments.
• Originating from industrial or production contexts.
• Willingness to make short trips.
