Il candidato ideale ha 1-2 anni di esperienza, competenze avanzate in modellizzazione finanziaria e fluente in italiano e inglese. Competenze

• 1-2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, idealmente in Private Equity o Investment Banking.
• Interesse per i principi ESG considerato un plus.

Mansioni

• Costruire e mantenere modelli finanziari dettagliati, inclusi DCF e LBO.
• Sviluppare casi aziendali a sostegno delle decisioni di investimento.
• Eseguire analisi di scenario e test di sensibilità.

A pan-European investment company specialized in carve-out and turnaround, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing team in Italy.

Offerta

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
• Develop business cases to support investment decisions.
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess risk and return profiles.
• Conduct valuation of target companies using various methodologies.
• Support the investment team in preparing materials for internal committees and external stakeholders.

Competenze ed esperienza

• 1-2 years of experience within the role, ideally from Private Equity, Investment banking, or PE/M&A teams in Big Four
• Strong financial modelling skills, essential for business case development.
• Interest of ESG principles and their relevance in investment decisions will be considered a plus
• Mandatory fluency in Italian and English.
