Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Milan, Italy (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Reporting to: North Area Manager and Head of AX Special Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Providing clinical and commercial expertise on our Aesthetics portfolio range.
• Develop and grow the Galderma aesthetic portfolio by identifying key opportunities for growth within current and existing businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts through regular communication, product knowledge and educational initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, clinical and customer service, to drive brand awareness.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.
• Utilise CRM systems and sales tools effectively to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports.
• Attend professional development courses and on‑going training as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Business or Science degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or commercial setting. Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry experience an advantage.
• Professional resilience, positive and energetic.
• Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team structure and to deadlines.
