As part of our expansion, we are seeking a

Technical Sales Engineer for Italy

for our subsidiary Prima Electro, based in Moncalieri (Turin), to support the site's growth, assist the sales management team, and increase business development activity.

Main missions :

As a true ambassador of our technological expertise, you will play a key role in the growth of Prima Electro and the Synov Group in Italy :

  • Actively prospect for new clients in diverse industrial sectors aligned with the Group's strategy.
  • Develop revenue through new client acquisition.
  • Develop and retain an existing portfolio by building lasting and trusting relationships.
  • Identify technical needs and support clients in implementing innovative electronic solutions.
  • Build partnerships and collaborations within Prima Electro, across the Group, and with external partners who can help develop the business.
  • Oversee projects from negotiation to delivery, working closely with the technical and production teams.
  • Contribute to the sales and marketing strategy and contribute to the collective momentum to position Prima Electro as an industry leader.
Experience and Personality we look for :

More than a degree, we are looking for a committed, curious, and results-oriented individual :

  • You are autonomous and possess strong management skills.
  • You have solid expertise in the industrial products and services sales sector in electronics, automation, or electromechanics (5+ years).
  • You are proficient in planning and organization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the dynamism and determination needed to present the company's capabilities.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, are a good listener, and enjoy working in the field.
  • You have solid experience in promoting company technical capabilities and supporting R&D and engineering teams to achieve success.
  • You have a good understanding of the market and made previous experience in EMS companies.
  • Technical aptitude and a proactive approach.
  • Participation to various trade shows is required.
