Un gruppo industriale multinazionale prestigioso cerca uno Specialista in Logistica Industriale e Gestione Materiali per la propria sede a Torino. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in ingegneria e almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza in ingegneria industriale, progettazione di layout e analisi dei flussi logistici. Il ruolo prevede di supportare l'industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti e contribuire a ottimizzare i processi esistenti. È richiesta una buona conoscenza dell’inglese e dell’italiano.

Competenze

• Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o industriale o equivalente.
• Fluente in inglese e italiano.
• Minimo 2-3 anni di esperienza in ingegneria industriale o progettazione di layout.

Mansioni

• Eseguire studi tecnici dettagliati, inclusa l'analisi dei processi e la definizione del layout.
• Gestire il processo di offerta dai fornitori, compresa la preparazione della documentazione tecnica.
• Coordinare attività in loco come l'installazione di nuove attrezzature.

INDUSTRIAL LOGISTICS & MATERIAL HANDLING SPECIALIST

Our client is a prestigious multinational industrial group. We are seeking an INDUSTRIAL LOGISTICS & MATERIAL HANDLING SPECIALIST for their headquarters.

Role

The primary role involves evaluating and developing preliminary industrial layouts, with a focus on process cycles, material flows, plant logistics, and area reorganization. Specifically, the role will:

• Support the industrialization of new product families by analyzing production needs, defining technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with project objectives in terms of quality, time, cost, and investment.
• Evaluate the logistical impacts of new industrializations in terms of area and equipment sizing, overseeing the related procurement and execution phases.
• Contribute to the optimization of existing production and logistics processes through redesigns, internal handling improvements, and the implementation of automated or innovative technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Industrial Logistics Manager, the specialist:

• Performs detailed technical studies, including process analyses, layout definition, equipment specifications, and investment estimates.
• Contributes to the definition and standardization of best practices for process and layout optimization across all projects and plants.
• Manages the supplier bidding process, including preparing technical documentation and evaluating bids.
• Performs ergonomic assessments, layout feasibility studies, work cycle analyses, and supports the development of FMEA and control plans.
• Coordinates and supervises on-site activities such as the installation of new equipment, implementation of logistics infrastructure, and support for production start‑up phases.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial engineering or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Language skills: Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial engineering, layout design, logistics flow analysis or product industrialization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, combined with strong analytical skills; familiarity with Power BI and major AI tools is considered a plus.
• Experience in CAD tools, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Lean Manufacturing Expertise.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, layout design, and automation within manufacturing environments.
• Experience in investment estimation for industrial projects (equipment, layout, handling systems, etc.).
• Communication skills and ability to effectively present technical content and manage cross‑functional interactions.
• Team player with a proactive attitude, accountability, and leadership mindset.
