The role

Xylem is seeking an Indirect Channel Enablement Coordinator who combines strategic discipline with diverse agile cross-functional thinking to help accelerate the growth of our channel partner network. This role is pivotal in managing partner data, streamlining processes, and enabling sales growth through effective channel support and administration. Success in this role requires creative problem-solving, adaptability, and strong collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will act as a growth catalyst.

Principal responsibilities
  • Execute on a channel strategy focused on revenue growth, partner success, and market expansion.
  • Maintain accurate data and leverage insights to identify opportunities, build actionable plans, and track performance against KPIs.
  • Support onboarding and enablement of new channel partners by conducting market analysis to serve new or growing vertical markets.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of channel programs and promotions.
  • Monitor compliance with channel policies, agreements, and incentive structures.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track channel performance and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to support scalable channel growth.
  • Strong collaboration with the local salesforce to ensure the achievement of the business growth defined by the segment strategy.
  • Ensure a higher win rate by performing post-mortem analysis on lost cases with sales.
  • Manage priority among customers with a hunter mindset and proactive approach to effectively ensuring the best quotations and offer follow-ups.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related relevant experience.
  • 5 years of experience in channel management/strategy and channel partner program administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other systems such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial or infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with channel sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
