ADP is hiring an Implementation Payroll Consultant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure delivery of excellent service.
- Coordinate and report activities to project manager and their manager.
- Work with third-party resources where appropriate.
- Implement and document system work, ensuring conformity to customer specifications.
- Document functionality accurately.
- Configure, parameterize, and test application modules according to the project plan, maintaining quality standards.
- Lead interface analysis when required.
- Support certification activities with team members.
- Manage data migration and recovery as per plan and contract.
- Assist in handover to customer service teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ADP services and HR processes.
KEY DUTIES/TASKS:
- Lead analysis phase and document according to standards.
- Coordinate setup phase with Coe Resources and coach them as needed.
- Prepare test plans aligned with project timelines.
- Perform data migration when required.
- Provide progress reports to management.
- Communicate issues and risks promptly.
- Track time and tasks.
- Participate in Kaizens and support other teams as needed.
SUPERVISORY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to Implementation Manager; no supervisory duties but works independently on daily tasks following strategic guidance.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Italian legislation and HR processes.
- Knowledge of HR legislation is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
Skills required:
- Demonstrate competencies as per Leadership Expectations for Individual Contributors.
Leadership Expectations include Business Leadership, People Leadership, and Market Leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Over 3 years in payroll, HR consulting, or implementation roles.
- Diploma or similar qualification is advantageous.
- English language skills are a plus.
