Location: Roma, Bologna, Vimercate

We are seeking a highly motivated ICT New Services Development Senior Specialist to support our ICT Industry development and delivery effort in Italy. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong ICT skills, excellent market analysis capabilities and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in development and coordination of new ICT schemes with a sales approach, including experience related to ISO 27001 and other ICT standards.

Applications from resources who have already gained previous (even brief) experience in the world of certification body and customer management will be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze the ICT market to understand trends, general outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategy.
• Ensure the achievement of the individual sales targets assigned.
• Become one of the primary points of contact for the KCM and Sales Area Manager to support them in ICT sales.
• Provide input and information to contribute to Forecast, Tactical Plan, KPIs and Target definition processes.
• Ensure that brand reputation and integrity values are adherent to the objectives, the values and vision of DNV during all activities.
• Contribute to develop and maintain a network of channels (consultants, advisory companies, free-lance auditors, partners, associations, Chambers of Commerce, etc.) with the aim of nurturing lead generation activities.
• Take part in local communication actions (external events, conferences, workshops, organized by the Marcom Department).

About You :

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Economics, Law degree or Business Engineering, or post-graduate Master’s in Cyber Security and AI
• Proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proactive mindset with a positive approach to challenges
