A leading global mobility player is seeking an ICT Compliance Specialist to ensure that ICT activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Key responsibilities include managing audits, ensuring data protection compliance, and identifying ICT risks. Candidates should have strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and certifications like CIA or CISA, alongside fluency in both English and Italian. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international context and fosters a culture of security and compliance.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in international context.
• Fluent in English and Italian (minimum B2 certified).

Mansioni

We are looking for an ICT Compliance Specialist / SOX

The ICT Compliance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that ICT activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Key responsibilities

Audit and Compliance

• Lead or contribute to external (e.g., SOX) and internal audits.
• Monitor action plans and coordinate their implementation.

Data Protection

• Act as a liaison between the ICT teams and the regional privacy department.
• Ensure the compliance of ICT projects with privacy regulations.

Risk Management

• Identify and assess ICT risks.
• Propose and monitor mitigation plans.

Communication and Awareness

• Train and inform teams on cybersecurity and compliance issues.
• Promote a security and compliance culture within the organization.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, control tools, and regulations (SOX, GDPR).
• Ability to work with Audit, Risk & Compliance teams, CISO, and external vendors.

• Project, Implement and test an internal control system
• Knowledge of COSO Framework - Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission

Relevant Applicable Certifications

Languages
