Location: Buttrio (UD) with high availability for long-term on-site assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Direct management of HSE processes on site
  • Implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaboration with the HSE Manager and the Prevention Service Officer to implement strategies
  • Monitoring operational activities and associated risks
  • Review project contractual documentation and legislative compliance analysis
  • Integrate, when necessary, Danieli's health and safety management procedures with applicable regulations or client standards
  • Keep the Safety Operational Plan up to date
  • Draft and update the emergency and evacuation plan
  • Manage initial training activities for all personnel accessing the site
  • Organize and lead regular coordination meetings with Danieli staff and subcontractors
  • Manage emergency drills and site evacuation tests
  • Implement the Work Permit and Isolation system on site during commissioning
  • Properly manage incident reporting and conduct investigations into the causes of incidents
Technical Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Health and Safety Sciences, or a diploma in Industrial Technology or Surveying
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational HSE management within metalworking production environments or industrial construction sites
  • Specific HSE training: RSPP course (Ateco 4), NIOSH qualification or other international certification
  • Excellent command of the English language
