A leading engineering solutions company in Brugherio is seeking an HSE Specialist to support health, safety, and environment compliance. Responsibilities include improving the HSE management system, organizing training programs, and coordinating risk assessments. A technical degree, 2 years of experience, and knowledge of safety legislation are preferred. This role offers a dynamic international environment focused on sustainability and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
• Additional certifications such as Safety Trainer or ASPP are considered a plus.
• Experience in delivering safety training is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE management system.
• Identify HSE training needs and organize training programs.
• Coordinate activities related to risk assessments.
