A leading player in technological infrastructure in Rome is seeking an HR Strategic Planning Manager. This role focuses on workforce development, strategic planning, and labour cost management. The ideal candidate has solid experience in complex organizations, strong analytical skills, and fluent English. The position offers a permanent contract with a performance bonus. Work will be hybrid, requiring presence in Rome three days a week.

HR Strategic Planning Manager at PRAXI

Mission

The role ensures organizational development and workforce & labour cost planning through advanced HR analysis, adopting a strategic planning and forecasting approach to align workforce actions with business needs.

Main activities
  • Workforce and headcount planning aligned with strategic and business priorities;
  • Development of HR plans and labour cost forecasts linked to economic and financial indicators;
  • Scenario analysis, sensitivity assessments and evaluation of organizational impacts;
  • Assessment of tools supporting workforce planning (union agreements, mobility schemes, rightsizing measures);
  • Monitoring plan progress and defining corrective actions;
  • Production of advanced reporting on workforce trends, labour costs and organizational dynamics;
  • Definition of metrics and reference parameters for personnel budgeting and planning;
  • Management of relationships with internal international stakeholders.
Requirements
Must have
  • Solid experience in workforce planning, labour cost management and strategic planning, gained in complex organizations or consulting environments;
  • Fluent English knowledge;
  • Proven and successful experience in People Management;
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to integrate HR data with financial and economic indicators.
Nice to have
  • Previous experience in Finance / Planning & Control / Strategic Planning;
  • Knowledge of reporting, control, budgeting & forecasting techniques;
  • Mastery of workforce planning models;
  • Skills in statistical analysis and sensitivity / What-If analysis;
  • Familiarity with rightsizing processes and union agreement management;
  • Ability to interact effectively with international stakeholders in complex contexts;
  • Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.

Compensation Package
  • Permanent contract, Managerial level;
  • Specific compensation parameters will be assessed with flexibility, taking into account individual professional experience and the candidate’s current compensation package;
