Un'agenzia di recruiting a Treviso cerca un/a Addetto/a alla Selezione del Personale per un tirocinio di 6 mesi con possibilità di assunzione. La figura selezionata sarà coinvolta nel recruiting per il personale temporaneo, gestendo colloqui e mantenendo contatti con i candidati. È richiesta una buona formazione e capacità relazionali. Offriamo rimborso spese mensile e orari di lavoro dal lunedì al venerdì, 9‑13 e 14‑18.

Orienta is a company founded in 1993, dedicated to the development of people and to be a driver of innovation in human resources. We specialize in staff leasing, temporary staffing, recruitment and selection, training and outsourcing, and offer HR consulting across all sectors.

For our Treviso branch, we are looking for a candidate to join a 6‑month stage as ADDETTO/A ALLA SELEZIONE DEL PERSONALE with the goal of a potential permanent contract.

Principali mansioni

• Recruiting primarily for temporary staffing: position analysis and screening of received applications; active search using main job portals.
• Telephone pre‑screening interviews with candidates.
• Personnel selection, conducting initial individual interviews first in collaboration and then independently.
• Profile elaboration of the candidate.
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the selection process and providing feedback.

Requisiti

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree, is motivated to train and enter the HR field, possesses good relational and empathetic skills, and demonstrates strong organizational abilities and precision.

Stage duration: 6 months with the aim of a permanent position. Monthly expense reimbursement is provided.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9‑13 and 14‑18.

Location: Treviso (TV).

Sector: Staffing & Recruitment / Employment Services.
