A leading cloud services provider in Turbigo, Italy, is looking for an HR Partner to implement HR strategies in Data Centers. The role involves advocating for employee needs, conducting sentiment analysis, and collaborating with leadership teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in HR. As the Data Center Operations Site HR Partner, you will innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies across the cluster of Data Centers. Your role focuses on talent, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and leveraging Builder listening mechanisms to monitor sentiments and provide actionable updates to site leadership and HRBPs.
