A leading company in high-tech engineering is seeking an HR Generalist to support their Rovereto location. This role involves providing HR expertise, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring effective implementation of HR processes in line with the company's core values. Main responsibilities and accountabilities:
Your main responsibility as HR Generalist is to provide expert advice, guidance and support to Managers on our company sites, focusing in particular on Rovereto production unit, and ensure quality delivery of HR in scope activities such as:
Your profile
We are looking for a passionate HR professional, preferably with university degree.
At least 3 years’ professional experience as HR Generalist in a production environment with unions relations.
He/she has a good attitude in managing stakeholders and involving resources, both from local market perspective and from international perspective. The ability to work effectively within a matrix organization is a key to success in this role.
Understanding of, with different degrees of experience, the core Human Resource Management processes: recruiting, learning & development, compensation and benefits, performance management, leadership, change management, employee relations, HR policies and regulations.
Good knowledge of Italian labor framework.
Positive attitude toward change: ability to deal with uncertainty in a changing environment.
Able to work autonomously but willing learn to every day from others.
As we interact daily on the global stage, you have good communication skills in English, both in writing and in speaking.
