Main responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to Managers on our company sites, focusing on the Rovereto production unit.
  • Ensure quality delivery of HR activities such as implementation of global HR processes, recruitment, workforce planning, and handling of agency contracts.
  • Define employment contracts and general conditions.
  • Manage training programs, including government-funded development initiatives and administrative processes to ensure return on investments.
  • Handle union relations and change management initiatives.
  • Support organizational and individual development.
  • Address employee relations and issues; support staff with daily requirements.
  • Coordinate with payroll to provide timely HR inputs.
  • Ensure contractual and administrative compliance.
  • Provide legal and regulatory advice, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy in HRIS Workday.
  • Advocate for HR programs, communicating their business value.
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s people strategy and core values.
Your profile

We seek a passionate HR professional, preferably with a university degree and at least 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in a production environment with union relations. You should have a good stakeholder management attitude, capable of working in both local and international contexts, and effectively within a matrix organization.

You should understand core HR processes such as recruiting, learning & development, compensation and benefits, performance management, leadership, change management, employee relations, and HR policies and regulations, with good knowledge of the Italian labor framework.

A positive attitude towards change, autonomy, eagerness to learn daily, and effective communication skills in English are essential. Personal qualities such as integrity, flexibility, open-mindedness, humility, and a supportive, inclusive attitude are highly valued.

The main work location is Rovereto (TN), with availability for business trips to other sites.
