A leading technology company is seeking an HR Data Quality & Governance Lead based in Naples, Italy. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and compliant HR data, driving data governance frameworks, and collaborating with teams across HR and IT. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data governance, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with GDPR regulations. This hybrid position offers flexibility in work arrangements, and applications are open until 26/01/2026.

Competenze

• Proven experience in data governance or data stewardship in a large multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors processes and data model.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR.

Mansioni

• Drive the data governance framework implementation.
• Define and monitor key HR data quality KPIs.
• Document and optimize HR data flows end to end.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure data quality.
• Act as process owner for Changes in Employee/Employment data.
