A leading international food company in Parma is seeking an HR Business Partner Operations & Finance. This role involves implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and ensuring effective people management practices. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of HR experience in a multinational setting, particularly in Operations or Finance, and excels in relationship management and change initiatives.
HR Business Partner Operations & Finance works closely with the HR Country Manager and Local dedicated Functions Management to ensure People Strategy execution - including effective integration of Joint Ventures - in line with Group one, and according to Puratos Italy business context, current and future needs.
He / She is the key HR contact who provides day-to-day HR guidance to People Managers / Functional Leaders: facilitates development and implementation of human capital management practices, guaranteeing support in productivity increase, and in continuous improvement of performance & talent management practices.
In collaboration with HR Country Manager, anticipates the changing landscape, detects new trends and market needs in dedicated Functions, from an HR point of view, and helps People Managers / Functional Leaders to prepare teams according to them and to Puratos Italy future evolution.
