Overview

HR Business Partner Operations & Finance works closely with the HR Country Manager and Local dedicated Functions Management to ensure People Strategy execution - including effective integration of Joint Ventures - in line with Group one, and according to Puratos Italy business context, current and future needs.

He / She is the key HR contact who provides day-to-day HR guidance to People Managers / Functional Leaders: facilitates development and implementation of human capital management practices, guaranteeing support in productivity increase, and in continuous improvement of performance & talent management practices.

In collaboration with HR Country Manager, anticipates the changing landscape, detects new trends and market needs in dedicated Functions, from an HR point of view, and helps People Managers / Functional Leaders to prepare teams according to them and to Puratos Italy future evolution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implementation of effective HR processes and practices, aligned with business objectives and Group & Local People strategy, within key People strategic pillars: organization, talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, communication, legal HR – including disciplinary matters - and compliance.
  • Building strong relationships with Management and Employees to spread Puratos values and culture within the organization, acting as HR key point of reference.
  • Through specific and value-added tools, processes and coaching approach, support to People Managers / Functional Leaders in the implementation of both small and / or complex reorganization and integration projects.

Relevant Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in HR Generalist roles (including Employee & Industrial relationships management) of B2B or B2C multinational company, with local production and focus on Operations / Production / Supply Chain / Finance
  • Experience of working as part of a team that has delivered significant change / innovation / continuous improvement / reorganization projects
