HR Business Partner for HR PLT Italy

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers in definition of personnel requirements and organizational development, coordinating with Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure mapping of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions.
Learning and Development
- Collect development requirements, coordinating with Learning & Development in defining training and development plans.
- Monitor and track periodic evaluation of staff.
- Responsible for creation of career plans within supported department.
Organization
- Update organizational chart for the relevant functions.
- Deliver exit interview.
- Follow‑up on employee performances.
Admin & Legal
- Monitor probation/contract deadlines and collect feedback from line managers.
- Time and attendance supervision and control.
- Monitor compensation and benefits internal equity and progression.
- Monitor HR KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support department manager in dealing with disciplinary/legal issues, seeking external advice when necessary.
Manager and Employees Support
- Provide support to line managers for all HR‑related topics.
- Ensure a culture where employees are valued.
- Collaborate with HSE department when necessary.
- Be the employee contact for any escalation or concern.
The Candidate
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the Human Resources department of structured organizations.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, payroll software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
Behavioral Competences
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Problem‑solving skills.
Language Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
Other Requirements
- Valid EU work permit.
- Willing to relocate to Trieste on short notice.
