We are currently looking for a talented Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence!

About the role

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels. This position oversees both Room Attendants and Linen Runners working on the floors and conducts detailed inspections of their work.

Our Ideal Housekeeping Floor Supervisor candidate will have:

• Minimum two years’ experience in Housekeeping in a luxury environment.
• A high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic and strong communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills, the ability to provide feedback to both employees and management and strong follow through.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English.
• This position requires pushing, lifting and carrying boxes and carts.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence. The contract is seasonal and full‑time. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
