As Hostess you are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. The Hostess may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. You will provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Provide detailed information when asked
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Assist in all Food and Beverage outlets as needed by operational demands
• Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the same role or similar
• Passion about hospitality and luxury industry and people oriented
• Being fluent in English
• Italian and another language is a must
