A global leader in automotive technologies is seeking a High Performance Aftermarket Sales Coordinator in Luserna San Giovanni, Italy. The role focuses on EMEA coordination of aftermarket activities, overseeing sales targets, managing RFQs, and coordinating complex project execution. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least three years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential. Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in automotive aftermarket/aftersales business.
• Experience managing sales for drivetrain products is an advantage.
• Proven experience coordinating relaunch of complex components phase-out.

Mansioni

• Defines sales targets and monitors main trends affecting forecasts.
• Manages RFQs from major OESs on serial production and phase-out.
• Leads coordination of special projects related to phase-out transmissions.
• Establishes application and product specifications with Engineering.
• Analyzes feasibility and availability with Purchasing and Logistics.
