Vacancy: Technical Help-desk Executive

Location: Reggio Emilia - Italy

Salary: €30K - €36K

Our client is seeking a Technical Help-desk Executive to provide technical support for meters and electronic cash registers, self-service checkouts, and related hardware devices. Responsibilities for the Technical Help-desk Executive role involves:

  • You will be part of the team dedicated to after-sales support and the team that provides companies in the Retail, Food Service, and Large-Scale Retail sectors with a wide range of hardware and software solutions.
  • The objective will be to ensure the proper functioning of the installed devices, provide technical assistance and support in the event of technical issues, and meet any customer needs.
  • Support customers in the analysis, commissioning, and configuration of the indicated tools.
  • Contribute to customer training to ensure optimal use of the product.

Candidates for the Technical Help-desk Executive role will need:

  • A Technical diploma
  • Previous experience as a Technical Help-desk Executive in the Retail sector
  • Experience and/or knowledge of electronic cash registers and/or scale technicians are preferred
  • Initiative and goal-oriented person
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Availability to travel.
