We are seeking an experienced and passionate Leader for our Learning and Development Department worldwide, with focus on Sales. This role is instrumental in shaping our internal and external learning culture, with a strong focus on developing impactful training concepts, tools, and methods. You will drive training strategy, deliver engaging sessions, and enable others to train effectively—whether internal teams or external trainers.

Responsibilities
  • Design & Develop: Create innovative and engaging training concepts, methods, and tools adapted to our business needs and learning objectives.
  • Execute & Deliver: Plan and conduct training sessions for employees and customers, with tailored content to suit diverse audiences.
  • Enable Others: Train-the-trainer—guide and support internal colleagues and external trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead & Organize: Build and lead the global training department, setting strategic direction, structure, and priorities.
  • Evaluate & Improve: Measure training effectiveness and continuously optimize learning interventions based on feedback and performance data.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, HR, Marketing, Communication and Customer Service, etc. to align training initiatives with business goals.
Your profile
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering on- and off-site training programs in a sales or customer-oriented environment
  • Strong background in adult learning, instructional design, and modern training tools / methodologies
  • Confident facilitator with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in leading teams or departments is an advantage.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Fluency in English
  • Specific knowledge of SAP / Salesforce / Workday is advantageous
  • Possible locations: Italy (Milan), UK (Armitage)
