  • Job Description
  • Still I Rise, an international NGO, works towards development and the realization of humanitarian projects aiming at providing education and support to refugee children and youth. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Head of Impact. This role is vital for securing financial support for our programs through various channels.
  • This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of educational programs for vulnerable children in regions affected by humanitarian crises. The role includes overseeing project implementation, administrative functions (HR, finance, logistics), and analyzing and maximizing impact both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Program Oversight

    • Oversee budgeting and expenditures to ensure resource efficiency. Support the Heads of Academies and Schools in achieving program objectives in collaboration with the education department. Ensure successful implementation of donor projects.
    • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reports on all program aspects, including education and non-education matters. Monitor adherence to procedures and standards.
    • Impact Analysis
    • Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs from educational and societal perspectives. Develop strategies to maximize impact within resource constraints.
    • Reporting
    • Oversee the production of impact reports for internal distribution, providing insights into effectiveness. Ensure consistent collection and dissemination of data.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Collaborate with fundraising and other departments to provide analytical and qualitative impact data to support funding and decision-making.
    • Team Management
    • Lead and guide the Impact team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Support professional development and performance management.
    • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and government agencies, representing the organization professionally.
    • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for program enhancement and efficiency. Stay updated on best practices and trends in impact assessment and incorporate learning into practices.
