KIONA— part of the CAREL Group — is looking for an Head of Business responsible for driving the commercial success of Kiona’s solutions in the local market, to join our CAREL Italy team. He / she lead the execution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring strong customer engagement, partner activation, and revenue growth. His / Her focus is on operational sales leadership—building and managing a high-performing sales team, executing local sales plans, and ensuring pipeline health and conversion.
He / she is also the senior representative in the country, which means he / she serve as the office manager, contributing to a positive and collaborative office culture that aligns with Kiona’s values.
Location : Milano or Brugine- Padova
