Un fornitore leader nel settore degli elettrodomestici è alla ricerca di un Hardware Engineer per lavorare su soluzioni hardware innovative in un ambiente di ricerca e sviluppo internazionale. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in ingegneria elettronica e comprovata esperienza nella progettazione elettronica, inclusa la validazione di schede. Sarà fondamentale collaborare con team multidisciplinari e gestire progetti end-to-end. La posizione richiede una buona conoscenza dell'inglese.

• Comprovata esperienza nella progettazione hardware elettronico (analogico e digitale).
• Esperienza nella definizione di piani di test per la validazione di hardware.
• Familiarità con processi di sviluppo strutturati e ambienti multidisciplinari.

Mansioni

• Tradurre requisiti funzionali in progetti hardware completi.
• Sviluppare diagrammi schemati e architetture per schede elettroniche.
• Supervisionare l'intero flusso di sviluppo: progettazione, prototipazione, validazione.

Offerta

The Hardware Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Translate functional and regulatory requirements into complete hardware designs for gas burner applications.
• Develop schematic diagrams, component selection, and architecture for electronic boards.
• Oversee the entire development flow: design → prototyping → validation → testing → release.
• Define and execute test plans for hardware validation, including reliability, safety, and performance tests.
• Collaborate closely with Software, Mechanical, Product Management, and Quality teams within a multinational R&D network.
• Support the definition of requirements in coordination with international stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies, test procedures, and design documentation.
• Interface with suppliers and technical partners for prototype development and component optimization.

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful Hardware Engineer should have:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in electronic hardware design (analog & digital).
• Strong knowledge of PCB design tools, electronic components, and laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience in validation and testing of electronic boards, including test plan definition.
• Familiarity with structured development processes and multidisciplinary environments.
• Understanding of safety standards and compliance for electronic products (preferable in combustion, appliances, or industrial control).
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end projects with a methodical and structured approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
