The Operation specialist will use the processes and tools needed to build an engineering intelligence system capable to collect data and transform data into strategic information that allows the organization to take decisions. He / She is responsible to establish an effective operating rhythm for the main indicators enabling the organization to achieve the business targets. As Operation Specialist you will : Contribute to setup the right business data analytics and tools to search, organize, and deliver information to the organization along with defining and monitoring actions. He / She must demonstrate accountability and accuracy for the data elaborated. Support on tracking, reporting, and driving actions to keep on targets service engineering organization costs, such as billable and non-billable hours, yield, missing hours, overtime, Bullet Train, Contractually Due, and workload. Support data preparation, tracking and reporting of external organization costs. Contribute to monitor KPIs, costs and performance, be responsible of distributing the main metrics and tactical indicators by effective operating rhythm, and support Engineering Managers and Operation Team in day-by-day activities. Contribute to create and maintain budget costs templates. He / she will be responsible of proper communication and data exchange with Central Operation and Finance to contribute to build fundamental set of data to enable a more rationale resource allocation process and reduce functional costs.
