We're hiring Hebrew-speaking Google Ads Sales Executives to join an international team in beautiful Barcelona, supporting one of the worlds most influential Digital Marketing Ads platforms a game-changing tool trusted by businesses everywhere.

Purpose of the Role

As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will collaborate with Hebrew-speaking companies and agencies, building tailored advertising strategies that boost performance and drive measurable results. Youll work in a dynamic, goal-driven environment shaping customer experiences and influencing the digital marketing landscape across EMEA.

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen client & agency relationships through customized, high-impact advertising strategies

  • Provide strategic consultancy to maximize ROI on Google Ads investments

  • Meet sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience

  • Communicate proactively via phone, video calls, and email

  • Promote additional digital marketing solutions to support business growth

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or relevant professional experience

  • C2 Hebrew + strong English

  • 12 years of experience in sales or online advertising

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube or similar platforms

  • Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills

  • Goal-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative mindset

  • Passion for marketing, technology, and digital advertising

  • Valid work permit for Spain

Salary & Benefits

39h/week | Hybrid | Barcelona

  • 27.216 gross/year + up to 3.266 bonus
