A leading travel management company is seeking a Travel Experience Counselor to manage travel arrangements within established client guidelines while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include creating domestic reservations and advising clients on travel requirements. Ideal candidates will have call center experience, proficiency in reservation systems, and strong customer service skills. This role is based in Vicenza, Italy.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year call center experience or equivalent travel counselor experience.
• Industry knowledge and reservation skills to create reservations.
• Proficiency in a minimum of one CRS.

Mansioni

• Creates domestic reservations for clients including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation.
• Advises clients of international travel requirements such as visas and immunizations.
• Solves typical travel-related problems consistently.

Conoscenze

Excellent customer service skill

Ability to meet and maintain required performance standards

Formazione

High school diploma or equivalent
