A fast-growing sustainable design company is seeking a Head of Sales to drive wholesale and B2B expansion in international markets. You will lead a team and develop strategies, focusing on relationships with distributors and key accounts in regions like Italy and Northern Europe. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in senior sales roles, strong negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset. This full-time position is based in the Bologna area and requires frequent travel.

Competenze

  • 5+ years in senior sales/export roles with strong focus on wholesale and distributor management.
  • Demonstrated success managing distributors and large retail/key account relationships internationally.
  • Proven experience leading and developing commercial teams.

Mansioni

  • Define and execute a scalable wholesale and B2B sales strategy.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts.
  • Lead and coach a commercial team.
  • Drive market expansion in priority regions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for trade marketing and omnichannel initiatives.
